2. Our Craft & Products

Adagio Designs offers handcrafted home décor, including religious altars and devotional pieces created with care, intention, and attention to detail.

Each item is individually made. As such:

  • Subtle variations in finish, tone, and detail are part of the character of handmade work
  • No two pieces are identical

These natural variations are not considered defects but rather a reflection of the authenticity of each creation.

3. Custom & Commissioned Work

We welcome custom and bulk orders, which are handled through direct consultation.

Custom and made-to-order pieces are created specifically for you and are considered final, except where required under applicable law.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice.

Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its authorised payment providers. By completing a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Within Australia
Orders are processed within standard timeframes unless otherwise specified. Shipping is fulfilled via Australia Post.

International Orders
We offer worldwide shipping. Customers are responsible for:

  • International shipping costs
  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes

Delivery timeframes may vary depending on destination and external factors.

While we take care in preparing each order, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or events beyond our control.

6. Returns & Consumer Guarantees

Our policies are guided by the principles of the Australian Consumer Law.

We offer remedies where items are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Not as described

Returns are not accepted for change of mind.

All return requests must:

  • Be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Include photographic evidence of the item’s condition prior to return

Custom pieces are non-refundable, except where required under Australian law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
