At Adagio Designs, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and intention. We take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind every item we create.
Faults & Damages
In accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer remedies for items that arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If you believe your item is affected, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at adagiodesigns@outlook.com, including:
- Your order number
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the item’s condition
Once assessed, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
Return Requirements
To ensure the integrity of each piece:
- Items must remain in their original condition
- Return approval must be obtained prior to shipping
- A pre-return condition confirmation (via photo) is required
Unless otherwise required by law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Change of Mind
Due to the bespoke and handcrafted nature of our work, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
Custom Pieces
Custom and made-to-order creations are considered final and are not eligible for return or refund, except where required under Australian consumer protections.
A Note on Craftsmanship
Subtle variations in finish, texture, or detail are inherent to handmade work and form part of the unique character of each Adagio Designs piece. These are not considered faults.
Consumer Guarantee
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
