Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer shipping across Australia via Australia Post.
Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location and Australia Post service standards.
International Shipping
Adagio Designs offers worldwide shipping.
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
Tracked Shipping & Order Visibility
All orders are shipped with tracking where available, allowing you to follow your delivery journey with confidence.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. This enables you to monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier’s network.
We encourage customers to use tracking updates as the primary source of delivery information once an order has left our care.
Delivery & Safe Drop
Deliveries may be completed with a signature on delivery or via a safe drop, depending on carrier practices and your location.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:
- The delivery may be left in a safe place if deemed appropriate by the carrier
- Responsibility for the parcel passes once it has been delivered to the address provided
